Enum SubscribeType

Kind of a market data subscription command: subscribe or unsubscribe.

The wire form of the variants is the digit as a string, but the market data requests in crate::ws::models::MarketDataSubscribe send subscribeType as a number, as the broker docs show. This enum is not used by that struct.
