Builds the PostStopOrder request for account from a domain request. lots is the quantity in lots (the request is in units, the caller converts with the lot size of the instrument).

The cid goes to order_id, the idempotency key. The request is checked with validate first, so nothing invalid is built.

Errors

[Error::Rejected] with code invalid_price, missing_limit_price or unsupported_expiry, as validate lists.
