A quantity the broker cannot take is refused before anything is sent, and the cid stays usable.

The refused quantities, one after another with the same cid: zero, a negative number, a fraction of a unit (0.5), and a number of units that is not a whole number of lots (LOT + 5). Each must be [Error::Rejected] with code invalid_qty: never rounded into an order, never Unknown. Then the same cid with one lot goes through, which shows the refusals used no cid, and the order is cancelled.

The connector must know that the lot of id is LOT: the T-Bank connector looks it up itself, for BCS and Finam the test tells it with price_grid().set_lot(..).
