The authorized HTTP client: signing, the exchange clock offset and the mapping of error replies.

The generic methods are here (BybitHttpClient::get_public, BybitHttpClient::get_private, BybitHttpClient::post_command). The endpoint methods (get_order_book, create_order, …) are in super::endpoints.
