One typed method per REST endpoint of the BCS Trade API, as impl blocks of BcsHttpClient.
The methods are grouped by the service of the broker: authorization, information (reference data),
limits, margin, market data, orders, portfolio, trades and non-trade operations. All of them are
thin: they build the URL, call BcsHttpClient::get, BcsHttpClient::get_with_query or
BcsHttpClient::post, and return the broker’s model. They do not retry (apart from the one
repeat after a 401, see BcsHttpClient), do not throttle and do not interpret the reply.
All dates and times the broker sends are UTC, as its docs say.
