Function map_place_response 

pub fn map_place_response(resp: &OrderOperationResponse, now: Instant) -> Event

Maps the plain answer of a place request (status: OK) to an Event::Order that says “acknowledged”.

The answer only says that the request was accepted, so the snapshot is a thin one: no instrument, quantity or price (empty and zero), and the broker order id is the client order id as text. Use map_state_list on the answer of a synchronous call to get the full report.
