DEFAULT_RECONNECT_MAX

Default upper bound of the pause between reconnect attempts: 30 seconds.

DEFAULT_RECONNECT_MIN

Default pause before the first reconnect attempt (the same as in the other connectors): 500 milliseconds.

WS_MAX_SUBSCRIPTIONS

The most subscriptions one connection may hold (a limit of the broker).
