Module error 

Mapping of the errors of the protocol layer to the broker-independent [Error].

Two functions: map_err for reads and for everything that changes nothing, map_command_err for a command on an order. They differ on purpose: a command that got no answer may have been done, so it is [Error::Unknown].

Maps an error of a command that changes an order.

map_config_err

Maps an error of the construction of the client.

map_err

Maps an error of a read.
